The venue was lovely and incredible, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was wonderful just next door to the restaurant, a lovely cafe locally serving food, and the sea front. The room was clean and absolutely fantastic with large balcony and my experience was such great. The atmosphere created was special.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to a lovely cafe locally serving food and alcohol and the whole Puerto de la Cruz. We needed wheelchair accessible room with a great balcony, the bar plus a large bathroom and it was available. The staff were helpful, affable.

The location was peaceful and amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Costa Martianez Water Park. The area was domestic so close to the sea, airport and a lovely cafe locally serving food. We were given a spotless and outstanding room with amazing seaview, nice views, as example.
